I thought you might like to see this screenshot of a little project I am working on, especially those of you who have had the misfortune of using the last two Ubuntu releases with non-TDE applications. ;-) This is a full GTK3 theme engine running directly on Cairo, using TQt3/TDE to render elements without pixbuf copying or other hacks that the old GTK2 theme engine used. It is FAST, even faster than Qt4, on a low-power atom system.
