NetworkMangler to be installed, and are not. This configuration should not

The tdelibs package depends on "avahi", not on "wicked-service".
What happens when you try "zypper install avahi" ?
A day and
a half later, I'm not sure I remember which host. It was late and
I should have already gone to bed when I encountered this and started the
thread. I think this is the right host:
