Maintenance of the TDE server cluster is currently underway; this was supposed to be completed over the weekend but ended up taking longer for a variety of reasons. The build farm is also down for maintenance at this time. Most services should be restored within 24 to 48 hours; the armel portion of the build farm may take a few days longer.

As this seems to be a common question, and I do not want to spam the mailing lists with various maintenance-related announcements, I have added a service alerts page to the TDE website here: http://www.trinitydesktop.org/servicealerts

Nice, great.
My interest has gained a service 'LiveCD builder'. What is this? It would be possible with this service prepare LiveCD for Precise with TDE 3.5.13.x?

This server, when brought online, will automatically build LiveCDs for TDE R14 and Ubuntu >= Precise. It is still a work in progress. :-)

The etherpad web page has been temperamental all day. Right now I can't connect. Earlier I was connected and was abruptly disconnected.

Yep, that's why it is listed as "Partial outage" on the Service Alerts page. :-)

I wrote that before I received your post about the status web page. :)
Is there a way to have the page updated programmatically rather than manually?
Updating the servers is fine and dandy but this is an example from our previous discussion about no warnings to mail list subscribers. :) Yeah, I know, you did not anticipate the process taking so long but seldom in my life have I met a plan that unfolded perfectly as anticipated. Just getting out of bed every day usually has unexpected bugs. :)
Darrell
Could a link be added to the website?
Thanks

A link is already on the main page at the bottom; do you have a better location in mind?
Thanks!
