Note 1: I've rebuilt the metadata in the last minute for Mageia 2 x86_64
and openSUSE i386, so it may take another day or two for these distros
to be installable from the mirrors.
All others should be fine right now.
Note 2: I've used copy/paste to write these instructions, so if you see
an obvious mistake (wrong folder for a distribution ...), you can
correct it.
