     -DWITH_ARTS=ON \

     -DWITH_EGROUPWARE=ON \
     -DWITH_GROUPDAV=ON \
     -DWITH_INDEXLIB=ON \
     -DWITH_PAM=ON \
     -DWITH_SASL=ON \
     -DBUILD_ALL=ON
   make

I had to build libcaldav from AUR. I tried to find libcarddav, but I couldn't 
find a good source. Looks like Tim is building it for deb, but I could get the 
source from quickbuild. Tim - you got a copy handy?
