Although some last packages waiting to build (armel versions are build very slow, so it will still be a few days), it is necessary to prepare the release notes and press release.

I prepared some notes that could be mentioned in the release notes - comments welcome:

+ many SAK fixes + many desktop lock fixes + some taskbar improvements + many kickoff menu improvements + speedup at session termination

+ support for automake 1.13 + support for clucene 2.x + support for libwpd 0.9 + support for mp4v2 + support for ruby 1.9 + support for xine 1.2

I updated the press release, which was used for 3.5.13.1, please check it in Etherpad.
