There had been several attempts to get TDE and archlinux working together, and some builds did surface for a while.
You should look at the wiki for information but not packages. The easier thing to do would be to install from source

To my knowledge, we lack a man or woman who knew how to create packages for Arch and would like to take care of maintenance packages.
Packages that are mentioned on the Arch wiki is outdated, unkempt and in any case can not recommend to use these packages.
