This has been an irritation for a long time, but various components of TDE are crashing more and more frequently on my machine, and the Crash Handler is never able to send its reports to you. I have attached what the Crash Handler says whenever I try.

Has this method of reporting failures become obsolete? If so, why is the code still there, misleading users who try to report failures?
