I have never liked the shutdown dialog icon that was applied by the patch in the build script. I have substituted one with a bit more shine:

+5 I love it. I am also using a arch linux logo for kicker - we could patch that in as a default.

I'm all for it. I'll have to do a white drop behind the icon for the kicker patch. What is the file it replaces for kicker?

no-no... What file do we have to replace in kdebase? Like for the shutdown we do:
# Install nice arch logo to use in the shutdown dialog install -D -m 644 $srcdir/arch-kdeshutdown.png ${pkgdir}$TDEDIR/share/apps/ksmserver/pics/shutdownkonq.png
What's the name? (eg: shutdownkonq.png)
