Double clicking in Konqueror

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512 Dear all, from the R14.1.x series, double clicking on an empty area (i.e. not over an item) in Konqueror's listview or iconview will navigate to the parent folder. This is a very useful shortcut when you are navigating through folders using Konqueror and spare you from either having to move the mouse to the "Up" arrow or using Alt+Up on the keyboard. The functionality will also be available on the nightly builds as soon as the code can be pushed and the build farm has rebuilt tdebase. Due to the current r14.0.x building process, the code won't be pushed for a while though. If you are interested, you can rebuild from the current tdebase GIT code and the attached patch. Cheers Michele PS: it may be worth reminding another new functionality available from the R14.0.x series, which may have gone unnoticed to most of you. If you are renaming a file in Konqueror using a listview widget (not the iconview - yet), you can move to the next/previous item using Tab/Shift+Tab without exiting the "rename mode". [trinity-devel] KDict crashing

Hello, I think I have found a bug. The KDict program crashes everytime I look up a definition. I have dictionaries installed and running the dict program from the command-line works like a champ. I have even set the settings to use a localhost and still a crash everytime I hit the enter key. The TDE Crash Handler says: The application Dictionary (kdict) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV). Be -- Bro. How do I build debian package out of git for tdevelop

Hi,as the subject says I'm wondering where I can find the debian directory for tdevelop and be able to build the package(s)? And a second bonus questionI have ported kplayer to tde r14 but I don't know how to upload the modified code. The instructions I received are not clear to me. I also created a debian directory for this, but not sure if it should be uploaded and how to proceed with it. thanks in advance and regards

Hi Michele, Tim, all, because we have in a freeze phase, I send to the approval the proposal to push two smaller patches. Both concern building on FreeBSD. What is your opinion - push or postpone for R14.0.2? Cheers -- Slávek

R14.0.1 enters into phase freeze

Hi all, on knowledge it is given that today R14.0.1 enters into phase freeze. Now underway to build and publish the latest updates. Soon will be available in the 'preliminary-stable-builds' repository. On Bugzilla is available a list of bugs that were closed within R14.0.1. On Wiki is available detailed changelog of commits.
