kdevelop have two more flags: WITH_LANGUAGE_ALL and WITH_VCS_ALL -- found 'TDE', version 3.5.13

already has a custom rule.

Fixed in SVN revision 1228608.
However, will fail later with compiling error, which must to be fixed.
