It is quite possible that something got patched out some time ago
accidentally, or that your distribution patched that dialog in the KDE
3.5.10 days.

Possibly,
I just thought I recalled another 1/3 in height on the dialog with the green
dr. konqui on top (or something like that). I'll check on a couple of older
installs I have and let your know.
