Looks like tdelibs is the only affected module, although there are some remaining remnant "KIO" usages in tdelibs, tdepim, tdenetwork, tdebase, tdevelop, tdesdk, tde-i18n, kshowmail, krusader, kdirstat, tdeio-apt, tork, digikam.
