Iceweasel is 1. not part of Trinity and 2. only available on Debian-descended distros--most others offer Firefox with the default branding (it would also be possible for a distro to support only Chrome/Chromium or even Opera, although I'm not aware of any that does). The only browser we can guarantee will be present when Trinity is installed is Konqueror, because Trinity puts it there.
So while I can see why a different default might be desirable for an end-user, this is the sort of thing that should be relegated to a distro-specific patch.
