All,
TDE R14.0.0 will be entering a hard freeze 00:00GMT 07/23/2013. A hard freeze means that only patches which resolve bug reports will be accepted.
For additional details on our R14 release schedule and critical bugs that need to be resolved, please visit the TDE R14 release Etherpad at http://trinity.etherpad.trinitydesktop.org/39
If you can help out with the open bugs listed at that Etherpad, please do so. R14.0.0 cannot be delayed much further due to HAL and NetworkManager changes, and if necessary any remaining open bugs listed as of R14.0.0 release will need to be addressed in an R14.0.1 SRU.
Thanks!

I'm just in this moment finishing a patch to rename smokeqt => smoketqt (see proposal http://trinity-devel.pearsoncomputing.net/?0::11176 ). Can I integrate this patch yet at this time?

Yes, go ahead. You still have an hour or so to upload these type of patches according to my NTP-synced clocks. ;-)

I've opened some build-related bugs during soft freeze, can I suppose that they will be applied before the release somehow? They are not on etherpad list yet.
I know that I'm late as usual, but I hope I'm not too late yet.

Bug fixes are generally acceptable during the hard freeze, as long as they are not changing large chunks of code that would then require significant amounts (i.e. weeks) of retesting.

So, if I think they should be applied, am I supposed to add them to some list or as a depend for some bug or mark up them somehow?

If you think they should be applied to R14.0.0, mark them as Critical or Blocker, and add them to the Etherpad at http://trinity.etherpad.trinitydesktop.org/39 We of course reserve the right to defer/demote any new entries to a later release after review. ;-)
