Hi E.
Liddell,
please can you as an expert on graphic look at the new splash screen? It does
not feel good that in the lower right corner is twice logos TDE. What do you
think? Any idea what to do with it?

Let's extend this request to Alex as well, since he is the author of the original
work.
The double TDE icon doesn't bother me to be honest, but I see the point Slavek is
making.
Perhaps we can replace the small TDE icon with another one.
Please post the result as an attachment to bug 2013, which I have reopened.

Actually, it's the *large* Trinity icon that I would remove (more likely, I would
fade
the logo into a semitransparent background graphic without the "button"
surrounds).
At the moment, the composition seems to be trying too hard to be balanced. Also,
unless this is a bad cropping job, the small icons are off-center and the whole group
needs to be moved slightly left, and, ideally, a bit down.
(My opinion, of course--well, except for the little icons not being centered.)

Hi all!
Ok, I'll look at it!
I know that the small icons are a little off-center. I needed to do this to avoid a
problem with where ksplash cut the pictures to let them blink. At first, Ia part of the
next icons blinking, because it was a little in the area of the last one, so I can't
move it.
I'll replace the small TDE icon at the bottom.
I will send tonight the new version of it.
