This has been going on too long to remember, would be nice if in 14.0.9 it stopped.
I have lots of test installations. On many I never close the help center release
notes window that appears when a version increment occurs or on first open of a
new user or installation. The result of doing so causes two such windows to open
each session start after the initial. Sometimes both windows fully appear, while
other times one partially overlaps the other and/or Konsole (which I keep open at
0,0). The difference in location may be because of display mix & match between
uses, anywhere from 1024x768 up to 2560x1440.
The bug:
When I try to close one of the two using the X button among window decorations,
about half the time it closes both, while the rest of the time I get the expected
result.

Is TDE for Fedora dead? If not, when will TDE releases for it have with better

Most installations, RMB on desktop produces a context menu for the desktop itself.
In my TDE installations on Mageia, RMB on desktop produces no response. Is this
expected? Is there some configuration option where it can be enabled? I don't see
anything obvious to do so in KControl's mouse tab.

openSUSE 15.1 support terminates in less than 60 days.
openSUSE 15.2 was released 3 months ago.
Are the instructions for 15.2 different from those for 15.1?
When can openSUSE users be expected to be able to upgrade from 15.1 to 15.2?
Is a bug report needed?
