As far as I'm aware, we might have to throw that out.
tqtinterface can't put Qt3 styles on Qt4 dialogs, unless a miracle happens.

In that
case one have to use Qt4 and Qt3 software in parallel. I know you
are trying to port KDE3 to Qt3 but I think this work is still far from
being complete. I also skeptical about that a fully functional
port is possible: what about the much-beloved themes ant styles?
Also I heared Qt4 has some differences from Qt3 which make complete
similarity impossible.
tQT is supposed to fill those gaps. :)
