I suspect there might be some people who do not want
this patch and prefer
the current behavior. I've uploaded the patch in the bug report. I hope an
overwhelming number of people rejoice and the patch gets merged into R14.

Worst case would be that an option is added to one of the Konqueror config
pages to show/hide this feature. Personally I like the ability to dicate
where the tab goes, as they never seem to automatically pop up where I
want them in *any* tabbed browser.
