No. The two are NOT binary compatible. kdelibs has changed too much.

Very close to 100% source compatible. I would like to see them in the
Trinity SVN and then in the QuickBuild PPA, but I don't have the time
right now. Would anyone here like to work on this?
I meant the Trinity repo in OBS. Probably if the apps compatible wi can
combine the repos so peple had only to add one.
