Now that I can build the foundation packages of arts, kdelibs, and kdebase, I am testing the remaining packages.
So far:
kdebindings, nope kdeaccessibility ,yup kdeutils, yup kdemultimedia, nope kdenetwork, yup kdeadmin, yup
Seems the --enable-closure option is necessary for most of these.
