Hi, Mark,
here is some information:
1) In git repository tde-packaging, branch r14.0.x, you can find FreeBSD ports
for Trinity R14.0.x:

2) The major problem in the use of Trinity on FreeBSD is a strange problem
with threads. See bug 2462:
http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=2462
3) Welcome to our small community! Every helping hand we welcome. It would be
great if we could solve bug 2462. This is currently a major issue for Trinity
on FreeBSD.
