Konqueror, Konsole and Kicker) (the patch is the result of git diff).
The patch is necessary for Konqueror to successfully render Web pages
with JPEG images (otherwise it automatically quits).
This is something new. My Konqueror shows jpeg images well.
it works only if your libjper version is equal to the version of headers
