Hello everybody,
Are there any news regarding .RPM packages of trinity desktop?
Is there any way one can help to speed-up building process? I'm interested
in preparing RPM for EL6/SL6 distro.
I was/am doing RPM packages, but I put all that on hold while I wait
for SVN to settle down.
Besides, on EL6/SL6, you can't do Trinity 3.5.12 or below because the
autotools versions
doesn't work anymore with the versions in RH repositories.
You're welcome to get started on them though by reusing the
kdebase3/kdelibs3/qt3/arts/etc
spec files from the
fedoraproject.org git, as you should be able to
keep the same directions
and filelists for the most part; but you'll have to adapt to cmake.
If you'd like SVN access to help maintain your work, email Timothy Pearson.
We have packager's SVN and you can create a folder for your work
inside the fedora/ folder.
