Since upgrading a few days ago, I get the following from KMail after a
suspend:
"The IP address of the host mail.xxx.xxx does not match the one the
certificate was issued to."
And I think this is true, thanks to my ISP's way of dealing with certificates.
However, answering the next popup:
"Would you like to accept this certificate forever without being prompted?"
with 'Forever', does not have the desired effect, because it all happens again
after the next suspend.
Any obvious reason for this, or any other diagnostics I can try? It seemed to
be fine with 3.5.13.2
cheers

Hello all,
Synaptic complains that I have three broken packages !
How do I identify them, and what do I need to do to fix them.
Running Debian Jessie rc2.

Help! I got myself in a mess after updating. The usual, reverting to lightdm
and LXDE. Which mess I made worse. Well, I couldn't really see what I was
doing. So I purged lightdm. No better. So I purged LXDE. No better. So I
purged then installed TDE.
aptitude purge tde-trinity
aptitude install tde-trinity
(The second as per
https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/Debian_Trinity_Repository_Installation_Inst… )
Nothing much happened. Only one package was touched.
<aptitude show> says that **LXDE is not installed** and that TDE is installed.
It says that lightdm is not installed. It says that tdm-trinity is
installed.
But when I boot up it is LXDE that launches, bypassing any dm. Yes, I know.
That sounds totally mad. But I have repeatedly checked. I am flummoxed.
Reporting real error messages is terribly difficult because I haven't got LXDE
set up so that I can see it well, and the virtual terminals are impossible.
Wiping and reinstalling would be the easiest thing to do, and also the
quickest. But it would also be defeatist. Has anyone any other ideas?
Thanks,
Lisi
I keep getting bounce warnings from this list, apparently because of a problem

How does ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net determine which mirror it
redirects to?
Reason behind my question is that I just tried to install V14 on a local
debian machine, and 100% of all file-requests were redirected to
tde-mirror.yosemite.net - which isn't even on the same continent. Our
own mirror (ftp.fau.de) on the same AS would have been a much saner
choice. Or at least a random mirror in Europe.
This is not because the mirrors don't have the file. Random example:
http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/trinity/trinity-r14.0.0/debian/p…
always redirects both my university-machine and my home-dsl to
tde-mirror.yosemite.net even though at least ftp.fau.de and
bg1.mirror.trinitydesktop.org have the file in Europe.

I have seen messages about a port to the powerpc platform, but can't find a link
to a repository, I am in the process of waking up my old classic Imac.
Right now the machine is beiing upgraded from Debian squeeze to wheezy, and the
idea of putting bloatware like KDE4 on it does not feel right.
Can anyone gif me a hint to where to lool?

Hi all,
Is there an image of Raspbian with TDE, built on top of a fully updated Raspbian system?
I just received my Raspberry Pi 2 today, and I'm much more impressed by its performance than the original Raspberry Pi model B that I had.
Thank you!

Hello
Do you have the same problem with "Commit history" on TDE site? It
displays last information dated 2015-03-10, while automated
notification mailing list informs about newer commits.
