Did you read the Help in the Theme Manager? It explains how to do it.
Don't you have the "Install New Themes" button at the bottom of the list of themes in Theme Manager?
This one didn't seem to work for me when I tried to do it prior to telling Nicolas. The Theme installer couldn't find the download. I haven't yet investigated why, but shall do so later and report back.
I tried to see what happened if I extracted it. Download Manager in 3.5.13.2 still can't see it.
For the moment I am out of ideas.
