When you have added apt sources for PSB, you simply use "apt-get
dist-upgrade" to upgrade packages that are newer. Updating
meta-packages does not cause an overall update. At the same time,
meta-packages themselves usually contain a minimum of updates.
I run apt-get upgrade (not dist-upgrade)
And obtained

I tried fix-missing
But this is now the second time this happens, I am a bit worried
I rebooted, then trinity was gone, so I logged into the GNOME
environment
and run
sudo dpkg-reconfigure tdm-trinity
Upstart is not active - masking initctl
Adding 'local diversion of /sbin/initctl to /sbin/initctl.distrib'
tdm.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
Removing 'local diversion of /sbin/initctl to /sbin/initctl.distrib'
Now, I am really worried!!
When updating tdm-trinity package, there may happen that the "alternatives"
mechanism causes a switch to another logon manager. It is not yet clear to
us why this is happening. You use "dpkg-reconfigure tdm-trinity" to fix
the situation.
Cheers
