Hello,
I didn't follow the subject, sorry.
To make a good ksnapshot, I put the icon in the down taskbar on the left.
So, I have all the screen above to do a good screenshot.
After, with Gimp, I trim the needed part of the recorded picture.
No founded to do it immediately with ksnapshot.
