Have you tried the TDE Menu Editor? It should come preinstalled with the
Trinity desktop. You can launch it by right clicking in the menu.
You can also
just hover over the menu item you want to remove, right click,
edit item (which brings up the TDE Menu Editor), and then click the red X in
the tool bar (or use the Delete key).
