There is no need to worry about it. There is no link between KPersonalizer and the CrystalSVG icon theme.

I hadn't. I just reacted to your comment about Crystal AVG. Sorry. :-(
I now have. I almost need sun-glasses!! But as my usual complaint is that things are not clearly visible, I can hardly complain about these. ;-) And above all: they are not transparent and they don't move or wobble. Thanks, Alexandre. :-))
Is that awful X really the MacOS icon? Poor things!
