Kolourpaint is easier/quicker than Gimp for trimming -
Rectangle
select (top/right tool) > Selection crop (Ctrl T) > Save (Ctrl S).
Yes, Kolourpaint is easier and quicker than Gimp,
but not so sophisticated.
