When I right click on a file in konqueror and select a program with which to open the file, sometimes I get a message "TDE could not launch <program-name>". Strangely, the program is actually run, but konqueror becomes non-responsive (and doesn't even refresh properly on the screen).
Sorry; that should be "TDEInit could not launch..."
What causes this problem? (and how do I fix it?)
