The packages are called things like kdm-trinity, kview-trinity, amarok-trinity
etc.
And you must have the relevant repositories in your sources.list, if they are
not there. From which CD did you install? You can get them from the Trinity
website. You don't say which distro you are using, so I can't just paste
them here for you.
I imagine that you could install synaptic if you wanted to do so, but I have
never tried.
