You use Gmail; I assume you're accessing it via POP3 rather than IMAP? Set
up a new account in your mail program, accessing the same Gmail account but
by IMAP instead of POP3. Then copy all your local folders into that account
(but turn off mail checking on the POP3 account first!). Then go to the new
Squeeze/TDE machine and set up an IMAP account in the mail program there;
it'll download your mail, folders and all, and you're done.
