I haven't yet installed TDE 3.5.13.2, it's still 3.5.13.1 here thus it might
has changed in your version but --- couldn't you simply press the right mouse
button on any toolbar icon, go to Text Position and choose any of "Icons
Only, Text Only, Text Alongside Icons, Text Under Icons"? That's the way, it
works here.
