That's weird! Problem with libice >= 1.10.x should be a thing of the
past in R14.0.7. There have been adjustments in tdelibs and tdebase
that are related to it. Have there been any other changes to the
libice?
I am confused and concerned.

I know that tde people has fixed the bug. But not all distros have
updated now.
I updated my opensuse tumbleweed 7 days ago and TDE stop working ( dcop
problem).
rpm -ivh --force libICE ( old version) and voila TDE is running again.
note: tumbleweed is a rolling version, allways update entire system.
