[tde-users] Text color on "Plastic" inactive tabs

It looks like "Plastic" uses windows background color / default forground color for the active tab, but button background color / default forground color for the inactive tabs - see attached screenshot. Is there a way to make it use button background color / button forground color for inactive tabs? Or is this a limitation of TQT?
