[tde-users] Re: systemd-homed - new thread

From Nik's previous post: https://linuxreviews.org/Systemd-homed This systemd crap is already bad enough, but homed will eventually work its way into other stuff beyond systemd, and then will become hard to avoid. It *sounds* good, being able to move home directories from one machine to another without so much fuss; but I already do that, pretty much, with only a little fuss. My suspicion is that somebody's mother is now trying to impose conformity on everybody, not just myself, to do our thinking for us; because, of course, it is for our own good. They are trying to get rid of a headache by giving us nightmares instead.

P.S. Note that I alone am sticking to the discipline of creating a completely new thread.
