If I understand correctly, there are two
independent PClinuxOS builds
- one
from Alexandre based on 3.5.13.x, and second located on url
http://trinity.mypclinuxos.com/. And for this second build I do not
know on
what Trinity version is based. On the screenshot is TDE 3.5.13.x, but
I do
not know if this also applies to version 2015-may.
There are actually two versions at http://trinity.mypclinuxos.com/, a
minime (by reelcat, small/minimal/trinity-tdebase) and a big daddy (by
present_arms), both are r14 and nothing to do w/ Alexandre's. Topic

Similar to the OP's experience, I understand that the installed minime
version is a lot plainer than the live version. That would be a good
thing because the panel in the live version is a crowded mess (I
haven't tried installing it yet).
