 ftp.rezopole.net/tde

 Could we see what we can do to solve it?

 return 403 forbidden?

I think I see the problem...there are no debian->ubuntu symlinks on your
mirror.  These symlinks are present in the rsync source folder, so rsync
must not be transferring them for some reason.  Have you passed either the
--archive (preferred) or --links flags to rsync?
