This is a package from KDE 4. If there would be a conflict with Trinity
because of it, that would be a Trinity bug.
I suspect the problem is somewhere else however.

Yes, it seems to me that the problem is probably elsewhere.
How do you set /etc/sudoers (or /etc/sudoers.d/)? On the test machine I have
my account in the group "sudo", and there to me it works.
