Proposed encoding in Kmail are :
automatic , iso-8859-1X , us-ascii , unicode utf8...
Regardless of the choosen encoding, it is not memorized and comes
back to "automatic". André

Regardless of the choosen encoding, it is not memorized and comes
back to "automatic" and I'm invited to declare the encoding in kmail,
otherwise the mail is not sended.
