Forgot the screenshot :)
Looks good, except that I would change it all to look like my own
desktop. ;-)
LOL ... that's what I also do :)
Does it come with TDE already installed? If so,
then I will try it out
next time I install; or sooner, if it has a "live" disc capability, so
that I can try it without installation.
TDE is installed by default on exegnu, so I just added my customisations,
my packages that are not available anywhere else (when I have time, I put
them on my site) like fengrave, dmap2gcode .... It's a live-cd, so you can
try without installation. I modified exegnu-installer, refractasnapshot and
some parts of live-<something> so that it behaves more like what I expect
fro a live environment. e.g.:
1) "exegnu-installer" to install from ISO in "clone"-mode to HD, so
all
user settings are kept after booting from the HD (by default you need to
create /etc/shapshot.id befor calling the installer, otherwoise you don't
have that option). And I like the HD installation with autologon - that's
easier for lectures (you can change that, of course)
2) refractasnapshot to create a ISO with all user settings in place. Burn
it to CD, go to next computer and repeat at 1)

Yes, I thought that I remembered exegnulinux as a distro that came with TDE.
Downloading now, will let you know.
