Yes, they are downloaded, but placed in subfolders, like the folder
tde-tqtinterface with the PKGBUILD is found in:
~/Software/trinity/R14.0.4/tde-core/tde-tqtinterface
try by hand to build package, cd into his directory and run:
makepkg -Lsci
if build package

I think I had that tried once but it corrupted the system very badly, so
I removed it.
