If I choose to represent all atoms as spheres (instead of just dots), then the screen flashes and VMD crashes. If I represent only a small number of atoms as spheres, then it is fine. I can watch movies on youtube, but if I select a fullscreen representation, then the video output gets slow although the sound plays fine. Thanks!
