It's not in Konqueror. I can't drag and drop
from Iceweasel
(Firefox) to Filezilla.
As Michele said, it really doesn't seem to be anything whatsoever to
do with Konqueror, TDE, Debian or even Linux. It seems to be
Filezilla.
