[trinity-users] ARM build

Hello all, Tried to upgrade/update my old pi 3. But I got a message saying it was impossible to install Libpoppler-tqt_4 and then TDE was broken. No biggie as I just wrote back the backup image but I don't know if this was a download problem or there is something missing in the repository.
