I made a mistake to resize a window with the mouse :
I put the arrow of the mouse on the window's border,
a double arrow appears, and with the left button,
I could resize the window.
It worked before, but now no...

Could you please be more specific?
Does this happens for all windows or a single app?
Because some programs do not allow window resizing.
