Hi Chris,
That works for me here in Tacoma WA in both Firefox and Chromium.
It works in w3m (text mode) from servers in Fremont CA, Phoenix AZ,
Austin TX, and San Jose CA.
Hopefully it was a one time glitch for you. If you still cannot
access that URL the problem may be nearer your end.
