Doesn't matter if that link works or not. Just goto your own Paypal
account with Tim's email address. He'll get whatever amount you put
there. AFAICT, the TDE project itself has no bank or Paypal account.
Tinothy seems to have one, however. Ay least, one can donate by
clicking the button.
